New single bay extension to existing workshop and showroom
We were appointed as cladding subcontractor on this project by the client to supply and fix roof and wall cladding to the new extension to best match in with the existing. The new wall cladding had to have the same feature profile silver band running through to give a seamless finish which was achieved. The new extension was to provide an already busy franchise with extra space to display vehicles and to give extra valuable workshop area.

Former Fast fit tyres & Exhaust converted to workshops
This project was deisgn and build to an existing smaller building to allow for extra capacity to cater for the Showroom near by. The aim was to provide a workshop for repairs, services and PDI checks for new cars thus expanding the capabilities of an already busy franchise. Our goal was to supply and fix the roof and wall cladding to match in with the existing in a restricted area.

Car showroom to Service station mini market
Conversion from showroom to supermarket and service station
The brief was to repair and overclad an existing fibre cement roof, introducing rooflights over a small parking area undercover to give extra natural light. In addition the existing service station soffit cladding was raised in height and reclad with new white liner panels to give the feeling of space and light throughout. New guttering system was introduced to weather an already leaking system.
